Privacy Policy & Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using WE YOU – The Laundry Man services.

Terms and Conditions

  1. 1.Normal delivery of laundry will be delivered in 48 to 72 hrs.
  2. 2.Express delivery of laundry will be delivered within 24 hrs and will be charged extra 50% on bill.
  3. 3.Dry clean of garments delivery may take 4 to 5 days.
  4. 4.Free pickup and delivery of laundry clothes should be on or above 5 KGS.
  5. 5.Delivery timings may vary due to weather, traffic, or operational issues.
  6. 6.Stain removal is treated with utmost care, but WE YOU The Laundry Man is not responsible for stubborn and un-removable hard stains.
  7. 7.We are not responsible for damage caused due to weak fabric, color bleeding, shrinkage, or manufacturer defects.
  8. 8.Customers are requested to check pockets before handing over clothes. We are not responsible for jewellery, documents, or valuables left inside the garments.
  9. 9.Orders canceled after pickup may incur applicable processing charges.
  10. 10.We may use the images of your garments for promotional purposes.

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon order completion unless otherwise agreed.
  • Accepted payment methods: cash, card, UPI, or online banking.
  • Unpaid orders will not be delivered.

Privacy Policy

  • Your personal information is used solely to process your orders and improve our services.
  • We do not share your data with third parties without your consent.

Voucher and Coupons

  • Any offers or coupons provided by WE YOU can be redeemed or claimed within the validity period. The terms and conditions provided in such offers or coupons shall also apply and it shall be deemed that the customer has read and understood it before availing offers or coupons.
  • Subscription coupon can be redeemed only on future orders and not for orders which are already created before the coupon is generated.
  • If the bill exceeds the value of the voucher, the balance amount shall be paid by the customer.
  • Voucher or coupon codes can be redeemed only through the particular store or outlet where the coupon is generated.

Dispute Resolution

  • All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts in Telangana only.
  • Our prices may vary from store to store and city to city.
